Depending on the properties of the molten material to be cast, it is thus possible to set the pouring cross-section which has been recognised as the optimum and for it to be varied in the course of the casting process. To improve the throttling effect, the pouring opening formed in the sliding plate (13) can have an elongated cross-section. About the invention The invention relates to metallurgy, and more specifically to the design of sliding gate valves of pouring ladles. The slide gate of the pouring ladle is known to be slide, comprising fixed and movable plates with casting holes, a support frame, a plate pressing mechanism and two drives for their movement located on different sides of the gate l. A disadvantage of the known slide gate is the impossibility of resetting the flow of the cast metal during casting. The purpose of the invention is to make it possible to choke a stream of cast metal. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a sliding slide gate of a pouring ladle containing fixed and movable plates with pouring holes, a support frame, a plate pressing mechanism and a Za drive for their movement located on different sides of the shutter, one of which is connected to the movable plate a another movement actuator is connected to the support frame. Drives are located on opposite sides of the gate. Drives are located on adjacent sides of the gate. The drive for moving the support plate is made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder connected with a crankshaft with a batt shaft, with which another crank is connected to the pushers. A sliding gate valve (Figs. 1 and 2) is mounted in the lower part of the casting bucket 1 with lining 2 and contains a mounted plate 3, a fixed plate U, support rods 5, a support frame 6 with guides 7, a movement drive 8 of the support frame, a movable plate 9 disposed in the support frame and an elongated casting cup 10 with a holder 11 fixed by means of the supporting guides 12 on the frame 13. The movable plate 9 can be made as blanks with or without pouring holes. The movable plate 9 is clamped to the fixed plate A, as well as the holder 11 to the movable plate 9 by means of springs 14. The sliding slide gate also has a drive for throttling the flow of metal to be cast, made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder 15. FIG. 3 and 4, the movable plate 9 is made in one piece with the casting cup and has one supporting frame 6, which is attached to the mounting plate 3 with the help of t6 angles and bolts 17. Moving the movable plate 9 is carried out by means of an actuator 8 through a lever mechanism 18 and 7, which are the supporting element for the movable plate 9. A hydraulic cylinder 15 connected to the support frame 6 serves to throttle metal flow. In FIG. 5 and 7, the hydraulic cylinder 15 interacts with the directions 7 and the movable plate 9 through the tug 19, the crank 20 fixed on the crankshaft 21, and the pusher 22. The clamping of the movable plate 9 to the fixed plate 4 and the holder 11 to the movable plate 9 With the help of a spring 14, the force of which through the pushers 23 mounted in the cage is transmitted to the rocker arms 24 mounted on the axles 25. The actuators for moving the movable plate 9 can be located both on opposite sides of the gate and on adjacent sides. FIG. 6 shows the pouring hole of the movable plate, which can be made in the shape of an oval, ellipse, or have a rounded shape. The operation of the sliding slide gate is as follows. The molten metal (FIG. 1) from the casting ladle 1 passes through the casting holes of the fixed plate 4, the movable plate 9 and the elongated pouring nozzle 10 into the mold. To stop the casting process, the movable plate 9, placed in the support frame 6, by means of the actuator 8 moves in directions 7 in the horizontal direction and closes the pouring hole in the fixed plate 4. To throttle the flow of molten metal (Fig.2) move the support frame 6 s the movable plate 9 takes place with the help of another drive, made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder 15, while the supporting frame slides along the supporting rods 5 and the movable plate partially overlaps the pouring 108 7 hole of the fixed plate 4, those thus reducing the consumption of the cast metal. A SLIDING VALVE BUTTER OF A TILLING BUCKET, containing a fixed and movable plate with casting holes, a support frame, a plate clamping mechanism and two actuators for moving them located on different sides of the shutter, characterized in that, in order to provide the possibility of throttling the flow of cast metal , one of the drives is connected to a movable plate, and the other to a support frame.
